This Privacy Policy describes how MentisPrep LLC (“MentisPrep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you access or use our website, applications, and related educational services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service, as well as through communications, customer support interactions, and other engagements with MentisPrep. MentisPrep collects information that you voluntarily provide, including personal identifiers such as your name, email address, username, and account credentials, as well as educational information such as practice responses, scores, analytics, study history, and preferences. If you purchase a subscription, billing-related information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. MentisPrep does not store full payment card numbers.
MentisPrep also collects information automatically when you use the Service, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, session duration, pages viewed, interactions with features, and log files. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies.
The Service collects educational data, including SAT practice responses, scores, timing data, and performance analytics, to provide personalized feedback, adaptive practice, progress tracking, and insights. This information is used solely to support educational functionality, product improvement, and user experience optimization.
MentisPrep uses collected information to operate and maintain the Service; provide, personalize, and improve educational content; process subscriptions and payments; deliver AI-powered features; communicate with users regarding accounts, updates, and support; analyze usage trends; secure the Service; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Use.
MentisPrep may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems to analyze educational data and generate recommendations, explanations, study plans, and insights. These AI-driven features are intended to support learning and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to every user. MentisPrep does not use AI to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on users.
MentisPrep LLC uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, maintain sessions, remember preferences, analyze usage patterns, and improve performance and functionality. We may also use third-party analytics providers such as Google Analytics. MentisPrep does not sell personal information. The Service is intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If MentisPrep becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under thirteen without appropriate consent, such information will be deleted promptly.
MentisPrep employs reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. While we strive to protect personal information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests may be submitted by contacting MentisPrep. We may require verification of identity before fulfilling requests.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where MentisPrep or its service providers operate, and where data protection laws may differ.
MentisPrep may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Payments for MentisPrep subscriptions are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information through Stripe Checkout, you acknowledge that your personal and payment information will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy and security practices. MentisPrep does not store full payment card details and relies on Stripe to maintain PCI-DSS compliance.
